In what appears to be a problem at Microsoft , the free Forza 3 Premium Theme that was reserved for persons who purchased the Limited Edition of the game is now free to the masses.  After contacting google my sources, Microsoft sent all VIP members an email stating the link to the free content. This theme is not up on the Xbox Live Dashboard so you are gonna have to go here if you want the free theme.   link
