The results are only going to be those beacuse of the huge PS3 fanboy base on SPike and Gametrailers.
It’s a shame because there are great titles in there who won’t win anything because of you know who.

@ Joel
are you an idiot? Gametrailers has been in Microsoft’s lap with the 360 since the day it came out. Gametrailers runs the VGAs, and so the result is typically that 360 games do better on them.
check the previous two years and see how many more 360 games won than ps3 games then try to say that they support the PS3 over 360
what kind of a dumb piece of s**t are you. read an article on gaming once-in-a-while and know that gametrailers is the most hated game site by PS3 owners.
@the author:
i think your predictions are accurate, but i highly doubt uncharted 2 will be GOTY. i own that game and i love it ever so slightly more than MW2, but MW2 just has the sales numbers to back up the GOTY title-not to mention the acclaim. MW2 is an epic game, and so is Uncharted 2 but the safe bet by GT and Spike is to go with MW2 because it has more data behind it.

Killzone 2 should win for best graphics, and Uncharted 2 will be GOTY. MW2 is more of the same.

@Genitals you are completely wrong. Uncharted 2 beating MW2 because MW2 is “more of the same”? Have you played U 2 or MW2? You should probably play the games before you say stupid things

Looks like some of the 360 fanboys just can’t accept the fact that the 360 exclusives are garbage compared to PS3 exclusives. Uncharted 2 for GOTY is a given – anything elese would be an embarassment to the videogames industry. I reckon DIRT 2 should take Racing GOTY and GOW 3 is most anticipated for 2010, though i have no idea why Final Fantasy XIII wasn’t nominated, or GT5, or Heavy Rain.

I think your predictions are pretty on par man. I’m gonna be pretty p**sed if Uncharted 2 doesn’t get GOTY, but I won’t be surprised since the s**t box 3 fix me always gets a heads up from Spike. I think Bioshock 2 shouldn’t win over GoW III, but we all know it’ll get screwed!
