In a recent interview with OXM, Bungie talked about the Halo series, and it’s successes and failures. Bungie told the magazine that the biggest regret they had was the lack of matchmaking in Firefight in ODST. Briad Jarrard said ” I regret not being able to go back and make Firefight in ODST [...] more.

Back in September Bungie threw down the gauntlet to Halo players.  The challenge was simple:  Kill 7 billion grunts by July 7th 2010.   Earlier today Bungie announced that this mission has been accomplished way ahead of schedule.   The guys and gals at Open Season on the Bungie portal have issued a new challenge: [...] more.

Curtis Creamer of Bungie at the VGA's was quoted as saying "That was a technology (Firefight) we hadn't built up to a point where we could add DLC to the game. It would have been too much of an investment to make that happen" We're no rocket scientists over here at Burn360, but when someone says that it kinda sounds like..wait no it definitely sounds like he just said we didn't invest enough more.

To all of those selected for the dashboard update preview Halo Waypoint is now available for download on the Xbox dashboard and I must admit its cooler than I thought it would be. For the most part if you have played any of the Halo games Halo3, Halo Wars, or Halo 3 ODST you should start off with some cool stuff for your avatar.
