Since the announcement that Valve was working on a sequel to the very popular Left 4 Dead game, there has been quite a bit of backlash from the community.  Valve typically a company that commits to a title and supports it to great lengths was popping out a sequel so quickly was quite upsetting obviously [...] more.

As fun as it is to plunk down 5 dollars onto a worthless piece of digital art for your Xbox 360 avatar, I am glad to see that at least one major game coming in the near future is giving a little something back to their community of deidcated fans by allowing gamers to earn avatar props and clothing from playing the game they just dropped $60 on. Well played valve, now hopefully others will follow more.
