As has been reported, Microsoft has been cracking down on modded consoles for its Xbox 360. This weekend, angry pirates( thats funny to type) threw loose threats at Stephen Toulouse the director of Policy and Enforcement for Xbox Live. Pressed with phone calls where threats toward himself, wife, and pets were made. Toulouse made an appearance on a IRC channel to ask the pirates to stop calling him and that all threats had been passed on to law enforcement.

While this is funny in no way shape or form, you gotta admit these low life a$$holes, really love their xbox 360’s.

here’s the thing… he has a job which directly puts us in conflict with him. his job is to defend the network from “pirates”. Its real life. Dont hate on the man for doing his job… give the man more to work for. Oh and necronzero your an idiot. the P$3 has about a big a problem with the yellow light of death as m$ has with RROD. At least M$ gave us a 3 yr extention unlike $ony with its one year bs… oh and by the way after the year it costs $150 for 30min of repair. Reallifehack: You are wrong. The Yellow light of death on the PS3 only happens to 3% of PS3’s. RROD however occurs to 30% of 360s at least once in their lifetime. And they can even happen up to 5 times in the time of you actually having a 360. Even up to 54% from that GamePro/GameDaily whichever magazine researched it. Please get your facts right before you say that s**t you hypocrite.
Glad I have a PS3. Three years running and no Yellow light of death at all. Not even one problem.

Jon: Actually the only reason is that the statistic is only 3% is because of the warrenty issue. people dont report it therefore the statistic remains quite low. check out the bbc special on sony. i believe that its still on youtube. it has been a hidden fact of the P$3. I have the PS3 and the Xbox360 (modded, not yet banned though).
Difference:
Xbox + / PS3 -
Online gameplay xbox (quality) is better than ps3. You will notice why you pay for onlinegameplay. More connectionproblems with the ps3.
Sound via headset is better with xbox (I’m using the stereo bluetooth Sony headset of mp3 player).
Graphics xbox360 is better!
Xboxservice is better! The O button of my PS3 controller didn’t work and had to send it first and waited two weeks for a new one. (A friend of mine received the xbox controller first and had to send the broken one later.)
Xbox – / PS3+
Free online with ps3 –>it gives comfortable fealing
Design ps3 is better (Xbox360 is also nice).
